A new sound and light show for a rebuilt Jerusalem landmark
From 1977 until recently, all that stood where the Hurva once was, was a large arch, a symbolic footprint showing how big the synagogue was, and a frequent stop for tours of the quarter. That is until yesterday, when the Hurva was rededicated in all its glory to throngs of dancing revelers.
